President
Peter Valente grew up in the Real Estate and Construction industry. While still young in age, his career began at 18 and now enjoys the wisdom of over 28 years of business experience. He is a multi-disciplined builder and developer. He is well experienced in stewarding the development of raw land through government approvals, servicing and construction ultimately becoming a beautiful custom home for happy homeowners. His leadership is focused on complete customer satisfaction.

Craig Kucharski
Site Supervisor
Craig is a site supervisor at Valente Home Development and manages various projects. He has over 20 years of construction experience. He has worked on numerous projects in both commercial and residential construction. He is certified in Supervisor health and safety through the ministry of labour. He takes pride in his work and the satisfaction of Valente’s customers.

Matt Brosnan
Site Supervisor
Matt started with Valente Development as our first onsite employee! His early role began with running machinery and heavy equipment preparing land for building. He has moved up the ladder quickly, now promoted to Site Supervisor where Matt supervises construction from start to finish. He takes pride in his work and enjoys helping our customers realize their dreams of home ownership.. Matt is a dedicated and knowledgeable employee always willing to help out.

Darcie Valente
Sales Representative
Darcie has earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Windsor, and graduated from The Faculty of Education. After the arrival of her two children, Darcie decided to leave her teaching career behind and join her husband Peter in the family business. Darcie is a Realtor® licensed by RECO and sells exclusively for Valente Development Corporation. Her main role is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Having grown up a trained dancer – she has a definitive artistic flair. She is responsible for selections and decoration at our model homes and is also available to help customers put the package together at their new home. She makes the homebuilding process a enjoyable experience, and will be there for our customers if ever a service issue develops. Darcie sits on the Board of Directors for the W.E. Care for Kids Foundation which supports health care initiatives in our community.

Kevin DiLuca
Sales Representative
As a full time Sales Representative, Kevin works in all fields of the business, and specializes in new home sales.Educated in building design and technology, Kevin consistently is a member of Valente’s “Million Dollar Plus Producers”. Let Kevin’s expertise and enthusiam work for you!

Brenda Hawtin
Sales Representative
After ten years as a teacher in England, Brenda entered Real Estate almost 30 years ago with an honest and caring approach to Real Estate. For the last ten years, Brenda has been involved in the marketing and sale of many new homes (including townhomes and condos), and enjoys being able to guide Buyers through the new home buying process. Brenda has sat on many committees concerning the Real Estate Industry, and attends many seminars related to such. She also helps and support many charities – the main one being WE Care For Kids, which is a locally organized and run charity where all the monies raised stay in the community.

Corey St. Onge
Project Manager
Corey has been with the Valente Team for over the past 4 years. Successfully graduated from the program of Architectural Technology from St. Clair – BCIN Designer, Corey has designed hundred of homes since 2009. As Project Manager, he is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the organization to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Corey’s passion for design and attention to detail reflects in every project that he is assigned which makes him such a valuable member of our team.
